This is another volume published by the ICC in its Library of Central Europe series edited by Prof. Dr. Jacek Purchla. The book contains essays and sketches by Dr Emil Brix, Ambassador of the Republik of Austria in London, First General Consul of the Republik of Austria in Krakow, historian and intellectual, co-author (with Erhard Busek) of the well-known book Projekt Mitteleuropa published in 1986, at the peak of the so-called Central European boom from the 1980s.
