There are significant geopolitical changes taking place in the world: a war is raging on the European continent, with Ukraine fighting for sovereignty of its territory; the security situation in different regions creates challenges for countries and the international community; and international organisations are looking for the means to bring stability and peace.
The Conference will take place in an intriguingly designed, high tech urban competence site – the National Library of Latvia. It will be held over two consecutive days, October 21 and 22, but please note that the side events will already begin to take place on October 20.
