Shaun spent over a decade in Russia as a journalist and foreign correspondent. He is also the author of the book The Long Hangover: Putin’s New Russia and the Ghosts of the Past published by Oxford University Press. Shaun talks about his experience in Russia, his time in Eastern Ukraine in 2014 as well as some reflections on current developments.
